Presenter: Michelle Aubé (Simmonds) RDH
Michelle has been a RDH for 29 years and CDA for 4 years and is currently a clinical RDH in London ON leading a large dental hygiene department.
She is an educator at Fanshawe College in Dental Hygiene and IPAC in both the Dental Hygiene Program and Continuing Education Program as well as contracted by Fanshawe College as a Curriculum Developer for IPAC.
For a span of 20 years Michelle has worked in various regulatory positions with the CDHO in Quality Assurance as an assessor, IPAC remedial course facilitator and currently as an IPAC Expert Opinion for Competency to Practice Discipline hearings. She is also a committee member for the CSA (Canadian Standards Association).
Michelle’s knowledge and vast experience of over 30 years in dentistry speaks for itself. Her mission is to share her knowledge and deliver strategies to bridge the gap between ‘Evidence Based Decision Making’ and clinical practice. Michelle’s dedication to moving the dental profession forward has helped hundreds of dental professional’s reach ‘Best Practice’ goals.
Michelle is maxill’s IPAC & CE Director and fulfills the role of research, writing and public speaking as well as product innovation. Michelle is a regular contributor to CDHA’s OH Canada RDH publication and a repeat lecturer at the ODHA Re-Energize Conferences.
