Join your OAO colleagues for our Annual Fall Business Meeting, hosted by OAO President, Dr. Shervin Abbaszadeh. Following the OAO Business meeting, we will hear from AAO President, Dr. Chris Roberts, on how the AAO is providing their members with the information and services they need to successfully navigate the on-going COVID crisis. Bring your questions, you’ll have an opportunity to dialogue with Dr. Roberts. After the session, we will have an informal networking session for those who wish to talk about hot Ortho topics!

Dr. Chris Roberts
|
Dr. Chris Roberts earned his B.S. and D.D.S. degrees from Ohio State University. He completed his orthodontic training and M.S. degree at the Eastman Dental Center and the University of Rochester. He sold his private orthodontic practise in Findlay, Ohio in 2017. He serves as co-director (with Drs. James McNamara, Rolf Behrents and Ki Beom Kim) of the Graduate Orthodontic Residents Program (GORP). In addition, Dr. Roberts is an adjunct professor of dentistry at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics, having taught there one day per week for 30 years and has been involved with a number of residents’ research projects. The Orthodontic Alumni Association of the University of Michigan conferred on him an honorary membership. In his spare time, Dr. Roberts enjoys running, having completed the Boston Marathon 20 times and plans on running it again a few days before the 2021 AAO Annual Session in Boston. |
